Red sky above,
As welcome and beautiful as the open arms of a mother.
But beyond the warmth lies terror
Thunderclaps in the heat of the night
Piercing the souls of supermen
Leaving only a pool of scarlet to reminisce them

Tainted sky,
Why do you awaken me?
My gleeful days are over,
My eyes open,
Only to see the ink stained cotton

Blind me now,
